Who has established its rules of conduct regarding ethics, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), the fight against corruption, and the protection of personal data of its contacts in a charter, which can be sent to you upon request by contacting us through this form.
The main principles are outlined on this page.
Our charter is based on the respect of the United Nations Global Compact. This Compact is inspired by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, and the United Nations Convention against Corruption.
The United Nations Global Compact
Human Rights
- Businesses should support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights;
- Make sure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses.
Labour Standards
- Businesses should uphold the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining;
- The elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labour;
- The effective abolition of child labour;
- The elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.
Environment
- Businesses should support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges;
- Undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility;
- Encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies.
Anti-Corruption
- Businesses should work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.

- Combat all forms of harassment and discrimination.
- Ensure a stimulating work environment for our employees, open to dialogue, and respectful of labor rules and standards.
- Reduce the environmental risk associated with our activities.
II. Anti-Corruption
- Map and update the list of corruption risks we might face.
- Clearly define our conduct regarding corporate philanthropy, sponsorship, lobbying, facilitation payments, and subcontracting.
- Present a detailed action plan in case any of the mapped risks occur.
III. GDPR
- Minimize data collection and explain how we proceed with it.
- Obtain the consent of our partners (suppliers, prospects, clients, candidates) before any use of personal data.
- Strictly respect the eight fundamental rights of everyone regarding data protection:

- Right of access
- Right to rectification
- Right to erasure
- Right to restrict processing
- Right to data portability
- Right to object
- Rights related to automated decision-making including profiling
