With operational backgrounds in digital and IT prior to joining Who, our Partners have over 20 years of experience in the Technology domain.
Daniel Hansberger
Daniel has founded Who Partners with the ambition of offering an executive search approach that combines high standards, human understanding, and truly tailored support. For over 15 years, he has supported companies in identifying and selecting senior leaders and key managers, particularly in times of change—whether launching new activities, scaling operations, or undergoing reorganization. He has successfully led several hundred search assignments for organizations of all sizes, from startups to mid-cap firms and large international groups.
With more than 25 years of experience in the digital and IT domains, Daniel has built his career within both large international corporations and innovative pure players. He held leadership roles and led complex transformation projects in both business and human resources before fully dedicating himself to executive search.
Vanessa Boudin-Lestienne
Vanessa supports companies in recruiting their key leaders at decisive stages: organizational shifts, acceleration and structuring phases, strategic repositioning, launching new activities or intrapreneurial projects.
Before joining Who Partners as Partner alongside Daniel Hansberger, she spent over 10 years in general management roles at C-level positions, where she was directly exposed to the challenges of recruitment, team structuring and talent management.
With more than 20 years of experience in the digital sector, she has held leadership positions within pure players, digital agencies, and international groups.
